Moto Z2 Play launches in India

Last year the Moto Z Play was launched in India along with the Moto Z, the Z play was priced around Rs. 25,000/- whereas the Z was Rs. 35,000/-. The Z Play was a huge success with its all time battery life, and astounding performance. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor became very popular after that it also being used in the G5 as well.

The Moto Z2 Play comes in with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor which is an incremental success to the 625, and coupled with 4GB of RAM, and thats pretty big specs for a budget phone. This processor is an Octa Core processor clocked at 2.2 Ghz.

As most Motorola phones , this also comes with a dedicated Micro SD card slot, along with the regular storage of 64GB. The display is a 5.5 inch Full HD display, which is an OLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The cameras on the new Z2 play come in with 12MP rear facing shooter, at an aperture of F 1.7, for low light photography. It has 2 nano sim slots and both the sim slots support 4G VOLTE. The battery on this is a non-removable 3000 MaH battery and Im sure you will get the same or better battery performance like the Snapdragon 625 processor. It weighs about 145gms and comes in 1 variant of 64GB and exclusively through Flipkart. The Z2 play is priced decently at about Rs. 27,999 /-. You can get upto Rs. 17,000/- on exchanging this device, extra Rs. 2000/- on exchange and 55% off on mods. Its worth the buy.
