iPhone X Stopping Production?

This is some hot news that is coming in from Ming Chi Kuo from his first report that iPhone X models will be stopped from production. Is that really true? Lets get into the depths of this to analyse things out here.

The iPhone X was launched last year about in September 2017 and had a hype that was never before seen. The only reason we can see that the iPhone X models productions could be stopped is that Apple would definitely be launching edge to edge phones and tablets this year and then would have to sell the X at discounted prices which they prefer to stop production than sell at lower prices.

Later on Ming Chi Kuo made a followup on his statement as reported by MacRumours.
" iPhone X would hurt product brand value & lineup of 2H18 new models if it continues to sell at a lower price after 2H18 new models launch: Lowering iPhone X's price after the 2H18 new models launch would be a negative to product brand value given 3D sensing and OLED display are features of the new high-price model. Additionally, to sell iPhone X at a lower price may have a negative impact on shipments of the new 6.1" LCD iPhone in 2H18. Thus, we estimate iPhone X will reach end-of-life (EOL) around the middle of 2018. "

This proves the fact that definitely its not a confirmed news but just a prediction. Moreover people are more likely to use a bigger display edge to edge rather than using a smaller display since more and more big resolution displays are coming to the market.

There is expected to be 3 new models of iPhones that are to come in 2018, namely the iPhone X 2nd Generation with 5.8 inch display, the 6.1 Inch iPhone X with Face ID, and the biggest 6.5 inch 2nd Generation iPhone X Plus. But considering these lineups the X Plus will be mostly going above 1,00,000 figure in India. Let us know your views on this.
