As you all are aware GST is rolled out into the market and there are people happy mainly for those customers who sell B2C or B2B after purchasing from manufacturers. So basically consider a simple scenario. If you are purchasing an Item A at Rs. 100 from your manufacturer , and you paid 25 Rs. GST to him. You inturn sell it to your customer at 150, which includes your profit. So when you end up paying GST you subtract the Rs. 25 which you paid while buying the material and offset it against your GST say Rs. 50 for example if you were paying. So rather than paying the whole Rs. 50 you pay only Rs. 25.

To register your business, you will be required to enter GSTIN number. We might additionally ask for GST registration certificate. Please ensure that the business name and the business address provided matches with the address given under the business license.
Identification Proof/Proof of Employment
The type of document required for identification proof depends on the type of business entity you select during registration.
Any of the following documents are acceptable if you select the option of proprietor.
- Pan card
- Aadhar Card
- Driver`s License
- Voter Id
- Passport
- Business Card - business name and authorised signatory's name should be present on the business card
In case of partnership firm, private company and public company, any of the following documents are acceptable.
- Cancelled cheque with the business name printed on the cheque along with the stamp of business
- Business Card - business name and authorised signatory's name should be present on the card
- 'Proof of Employment' Letter from the company - It should contain the company name and address
- Pay slip containing the name of the company
Note:
- The account verification process may take a maximum of 3 business days to complete. We will send you a confirmation email after your information has been verified.
- If the verification fails or if you upload an invalid business license, you will be sent an email highlighting the error along with a link to rectify it.
